Encore Reward application forms must be accompanied by acceptable photo identification. Lost Encore Reward cards will only be returned or reprinted with accompanying acceptable photo identification.

Encore Rewards membership is subject to availability. Guests must quote their Encore Rewards card number on booking and show card with appropriate diamond level or other valid proof of diamond level on check-in to be eligible for this rate. If guest fails to show proof of eligibility, regular rates apply until proof of eligibility is provided.
ENCORE REWARDS MEMBER LEVELS
More diamonds mean more points and benefits with 1000 points equal to $5 free play (1 point for every $1 in slot play, 4 points for every $5 of play at electronic Roulette and Blackjack). To redeem your points once you have earned a minimum of 1000, visit the cashier and show your Encore Rewards card and government issued identification.
We offer three Encore Rewards Member Levels:
- Diamond Member: 0 to 9,999 Points
- Double Diamond Member: 10,000 to 49,999 Points (5% monthly bonus based on points earned and double entries for provincial promotions)
- Triple Diamond Member: 50,000 - 149,999 Points (10% monthly bonus based on points earned and triple entries for provincial promotions)
- Elite Member: 150,000+ Points (15% monthly bonus based on points earned and triple entries for provincial promotions)
Your level is based on the points you earn in a one year period (starting September 1st of each year), with monthly bonuses and entries for provincial promotions based on member level. Monthly bonuses are calculated and added on the first of each month. Points earned through direct mail or other special offers are not included in the bonus points calculation. Bonus points do not work towards moving up member levels.
Encore Rewards is a BCLC program and can be used in all casinos and Chances locations in British Columbia. You must be 19 years of age or older in order to become a Encore Reward Member.
