From September 7 to October 26, every $10 PROLINE Sports Bet on NFL or NCAAF earns you one ballot for a chance to win a VIP trip for two to Phoenix, Arizona.

Place your bet at the PROLINE terminal, then bring your ticket to the Cash Cage or Guest Services to receive your ballot. Fill it out with your Encore Rewards number and drop it in the PROLINE ballot box.
